PLATFORM GUIDE

How Chalkwise Works

  1. Course-Wise Segregation: Organize your learning into dedicated courses (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, or custom subjects). Each course keeps its own chat sessions and whiteboard lessons separate.
  2. AI Tutor Sessions: Open any course and use the AI Tutor Chat tab to work through problems step by step, ask follow-up questions, or request practice exercises.
  3. Narrated Whiteboard Studio: Use Explain on Whiteboard from a chat or go directly to the Whiteboard Studio tab to generate a multi-scene animated diagram & calculation lesson with English voice narration.
  4. Progress & Video Export: Mark completed lessons to track progress across courses, or export any lesson as a 1280×720 WebM video with audio.

All account data, chat sessions, and lessons are stored locally in PostgreSQL. AI responses and whiteboard lessons are generated locally via Codex CLI and Windows English speech synthesis.
